Installation Manager – Bath & Shower Remodeling

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Tile installer to add to  installation operations in Southeast, WI area. This is a full-time, role ideal for someone with a background in Tile, cement work installation, and quality. We expect a high level out quality and strong installation knowledge. Installer must be have an understanding of uncoupling membranes, heated floor installations and various Schluter installation products. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Demo and installation of shower stalls, waterproofing and tile installation
• Ability to problem solve problem areas with drain placements, and accessory placements.
• Proficient in basic plumbing codes, installation procedures for drains and supplies.
• Install waterproofing systems to manufacturer and our own standards
• Ensure full customer satisfaction and follow-up after installations
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and request referrals
• Handle scope changes and additional work in the bathroom
• Support other installers with on-site issues and service calls
• Working knowledge of all bathroom components, installation and procedures.
• Manage your work schedule and daily tasks to complete the job in a given timeframe.
• Maintain accurate records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 75 lbs. Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of installation or construction experience
• Background in Tile bath systems
• Plumbing knowledge (highly preferred)
• Strong work ethic and time management.
• Extremely clean work, and ability to keep workspace tidy throughout the project
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and insurance
