Packer, Sorter, Organizer
Location: Twin Cities and Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Part-time | Flexible Hours | Weekday hours + project-based shifts
Compensation: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview We’re seeking a
Senior Relocation Specialist (Packer, Sorter, Organizer) to join our compassionate and hardworking team.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working in diverse home settings, and being part of a close-knit, caring team. You’ll assist seniors and families during major life transitions — handling belongings with care, organizing spaces, and ensuring each move or project runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do - Assist with packing, sorting, boxing, bagging, and organizing household goods for relocation, downsizing, or estate clean-out projects.
- Work on-site in various home environments throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
- Support clients with compassion — providing guidance and reassurance through emotionally sensitive situations.
- Assist with unpacking and resettling clients in their new homes.
- Handle donations, consignment, and disposals according to client preferences.
- Use mobile apps to manage schedules, assignments, team communication and timecards
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients’ homes.
- Work independently and collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications - Preferred experience in packing, organizing and customer service – will train
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and communication.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and navigate stairs as needed.
- Reside in or near the Twin Cities Metro Area with reliable transportation.
