Our valued plastic injection molding partner in New Berlin, WI is looking for an experience Mold Operator to join their growing team!

Key Responsibilities of the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:

• Assist Mold Set-Up Personnel with daily injection molding operations
• Perform material handling and material changes as required
• Support mold set-ups and equipment adjustments
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively in English (read/speak)
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Note: MUST have experience in plastics.

What You Bring as the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in the stampings industry, with strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing production tooling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
• Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team

Schedule & Pay for the Mold Operator:

• Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $26 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
