Dynagen Lending is expanding, and we’re seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.  This is an entry level sales position that does not require previous mortgage experience!  This is your chance to build a rewarding career with a company that values its people and promotes from within.

• Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents.
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track.
• Maintain accurate records and update loan files.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications.
• Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Sales Experience 
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
• Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with  two late nights until 8 PM .

• Experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with loan processing systems.
• NMLS licensing is a bonus but not required.
