Compensation : $15.00 per hour 

Schedule :  

Our Standard Store Hours are from 5 am to 11 pm  

Due to the nature of our business some Evening, Weekend and Holiday hours may be needed along with availability to work 40 to 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Ensure an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to become fast and casual “to go” with world class convenience. Our Kitchen Associates support the Kitchen Manager and Store Manager by assisting and supporting in the execution of the entire kitchen’s operations; including understanding the customer experience cycle, provide superior customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, pricing, active participation in the CFI expectations, learn and demonstrate core competencies in all stations of the kitchen and loss prevention in adherence to all company policy/store standards.  A Kitchen Associates should strive to learn register operations to demonstrate growth and promotability. 

  • Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging guests, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
  • Train team members and cross-train in retail and food service operations as needed.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, and local regulations, ensuring the prohibition of selling age-restricted products to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
  • Foster teamwork, adaptability to change, and maintain professional communication and demeanor with vendors, team members, and guests.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety, inventory management, customer service, sanitation, and store maintenance, while ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  

  • Reliable transportation is required. 

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check. 

  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs  

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. 

  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills required.  

  • Exceptional customer service, superior relationship building, and strong leadership skills required.  

  • Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications required. 

  • 1 year of leadership experience required, preferably in a retail, QSR, or convenience store environment.
