If you’re all about good vibes, delicious drinks, and making customers smile, we want you on our team! We have flexible daytime shifts available at our Santee location. Boba Joy is actively seeking Day Shift Crew. We are looking for applicants available for daily AM Opening Shifts, and Mid-Day Shifts. Part-time and Full time hours available.

Applicants must be able to work week-day shifts, with availability between 9am and 4pm.

We are located on 9261 Mission Gorge Road Suite A.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, energetic, and reliable people
• Someone who’s excited to help out and bring good energy to our team
• Coachable : Willing to learn and grow with us
• Punctual : You’ll show up on time and be ready to rock your shift
• Great Communicator : You know how to chat with customers and teammates to keep things running smoothly
• Available Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM
• No experience? No worries! We’ll train you. Experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is what counts!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making and serving the best boba drinks around (bubble tea, slushies, milk tea, you name it!)
• Creating a chill, welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Working with a team that’s all about having fun and helping each other out
• Keeping the shop clean and organized so everything runs smoothly
