The role combines administrative support with office management and requires someone who thrives in a polished, high-performance environment. You’ll be the face of the office and a go-to resource for daily operations, contributing to a workplace culture that’s both efficient and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management (60%)

  • Manage office inventory including snacks, drinks, and supplies; handle lunch coordination for the team
  • Submit office and building maintenance tickets; liaise with property management
  • Keep shared spaces organized, clean, and thoughtfully stocked
  • Assist with hands-on tasks such as framing artwork, organizing the storage unit, or small repairs as needed
  • Contribute to a warm, safe, and functional environment for all employees
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for after-hours building issues

    Administrative Support (40%)

  • Provide support with printing, filing, research, and general admin tasks
  • Assist executives with occasional personal errands (e.g., prescription or bank pickups)
  • Offer cross-functional support on ad hoc projects or as backup for administrative colleagues

    What You Bring

  • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
  • A positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Fast learner who embraces technology and streamlines workflows
  • Natural multitasker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Personable and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently but values collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite five days a week
