Dining Room Server

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Seat members and guests promptly, considering table availability and reservations.
- Provideimpeccable table service to members and guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Take orders, serve meals, and ensure a delightful dining experience.
-Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, daily specials, and wine selections.
- Be prepared to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Pay attention to members’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Clear and reset tables, arrange cutlery, and ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
- Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- Keep the work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
-Adhere to sanitation practices and safety guidelines.
- Handle transactions accurately and process payments.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is preferred.
- Warm, friendly, and attentive demeanor. Passionate about providing exceptional service.
- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- A flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 18 years of age and a legal right to work in the US.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
