Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) Position
Shifts: 12 hours shift, AM and PM Weekend Shifts
Salary: To be discussed - pay rate varies depending on the position and client
Overview:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) are available for our Berwyn team!
Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Job Duties:
- Nursing Skills Required: Experience with Trach Care, Vent Monitoring, Medication Administration, and Hoyer Lift
- Provide direct skilled client care under the supervision of an RN
- Work collaboratively with team to help meet positive client care outcomes
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Position Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN/LPN license in IL
- 1 year experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable car / auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
