DESCRIPTION Job Title: Vendor and Relocation Coordinator Report To: CFO Location: West Lafayette, IN Term: 3 month Contract Summary: Experis is seeking an experience coordinator to assist our client with planning and coordinate with vendors and staff activities related to the move and reduction of space. What You'll Do: Works with the Archives Executive Director on move planning. Coordinates the work of any vendors involved in the move. Determines equipment to be disposed of, obtains inventory numbers and packs used equipment for vendor. Removes excess wiring. Coordinates with any contracted moving company. Works with staff on packing and moving their workspaces. Ensures that the vacated Indiana facility is returned to agreed upon condition. Assists with necessary tape scanning and packing. Communicates as necessary with staff and executives. What You'll Need: MS Suite experience required. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Ability to work independently.
