Position Overview

As the UX Design Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our digital products. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll design engaging user experiences, lead UX strategy, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and agency partners. You’ll have the opportunity to establish design best practices and drive meaningful impact across our web and mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UX and UI design across our web and mobile app platforms, from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to define user-centered solutions that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Translate complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Provide hands-on design support—creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external design agencies to scale design capabilities when required, ensuring alignment with brand and product goals.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, implemented accurately, and deliver the intended user experience.
  • Establish and advocate for design systems, patterns, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experiences.
  • Mentor and guide future design hires as the team scales.

You Should Apply If You Bring

  • 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile work.
  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems is a plus.

We understand applying is intimidating – please try to be confident! You don’t have to match all the requirements exactly to be considered. We are looking for technically skilled, invested leaders eager to take the wheel.
