We're seeking a visionary UI/UX Designer with a passion for human-centered design to help shape the future of cybersecurity compliance in the medical technology space. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design of a cloud-based AI SaaS platform focused on cybersecurity compliance and monitoring.

Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, accessible, and impactful design solutions.

Conduct and integrate user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback into design iterations.

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design documentation.

Ensure the product is responsive, visually compelling, and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.

Incorporate advanced search and filtering UX across the platform for seamless navigation of complex data sets.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and compliance experts to deliver user-centric design that aligns with medical device industry regulations.

Maintain consistency with modern design systems and contribute to evolving our visual language.

Infuse a sense of premium quality and innovation in every element of the user experience.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs for SaaS or data-intensive platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design principles, especially in complex, regulated, or technical environments.

Proven experience building interfaces with advanced search, data visualization, or analytics features.

Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

Experience working within agile product development teams and interacting with developers on implementation.

Strong visual design skills with a refined aesthetic that matches the tone of next-gen enterprise products.

Ability to simplify complex workflows and make compliance tools feel effortless and empowering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or cybersecurity platforms.

Understanding of FDA and EU MDR compliance implications for interface design.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and secure design principles.

Motion/interaction design experience a plus (e.g., subtle animations, transitions, microinteractions).
