Job Description

Description We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to join a growing organization and support their daily cash operations, financial analysis, and treasury functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process ownership, and is comfortable handling complex financial data. The Treasury Accountant will oversee daily cash management activities, support financial reporting, analyze cash flow, and assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. This position offers excellent visibility within the accounting and finance department and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: + Manage all daily incoming and outgoing cash transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and stop payments using financial software + Post all cash-related activity into the financial ledger and monitor store bank accounts to ensure balances align with corporate requirements + Analyze cash flow related to income, expenses, financial assets, loan obligations, A/R, capital expenditures, and miscellaneous costs + Prepare daily cash requirements and provide recommendations for short- and long-term fund planning + Develop and implement cash management, investment, and risk mitigation policies and procedures + Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking and credit card service providers, including documentation, inquiries, fees, and management of store-level signers + Perform quarterly solo inventory reconciliation + Reconcile and balance asset and liability accounts, including bank accounts, loans, inventory, supply, product loss, and loyalty cards + Generate and administer reports from the financial ledger + Support the Controller, Assistant Controller, and CFO in preparing consolidated financial statements and related analyses + Assist with treasury and risk management functions, including budgeting and forecasting + Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + Experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, or a similar role strongly preferred + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data + High attention to detail and accuracy + Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
