The Grout Genie - Fairfax, VA - Tile & Grout Service Technician 

Full-Time Position
The Grout Genie is a well-established, detail-driven tile and grout restoration company serving Northern Virginia homeowners. We’re looking for reliable, hands-on technicians to join our team and focus on tile & grout cleaning, caulking, grout repair, and grout sealing .

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, finished results , enjoys working with their hands, and understands that quality work matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Professional tile & grout cleaning.
• Silicone caulk removal and replacement.
• Minor grout repairs and touch-ups.
• Grout sealing.
• Working inside occupied homes with care and professionalism.
• Following step-by-step processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

This is detail-oriented work , not rushed construction work.

Paid Training Provided.

You do not need prior tile experience.

We provide an intensive 2–3 week paid training program led by an experienced professional. You’ll learn our exact methods, quality standards, and expectations before working independently.
