Telephone Service Representative Location Rio Rancho, NM :

We offer Paid Training from $16.00 per hour and a starting salary of $17.00-19.00 per hour (DOE) after training with quick raises. We are currently hiring for the Morning shift (5am-1pm) Work from home available after qualification period. As our name implies, we partner with client funeral homes to take care of their callers in a caring and professional manner. Duties include, answering multiple lines, electronically delivering messages to clients, filling forms from information gathered from family members, nurses or first responders, and dispatching to the appropriate agency/organization. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic and has a desire to help others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
