The Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board’s TMDL Implementation, MS4 Unit has an opening for a Water Resource Control Engineer to administer its stormwater programs and Total Maximum Daily Load implementation programs. The position is located at 3737 Main Street, Suite 500, in the heart of downtown Riverside near a light rail station and other public transportation, restaurants, and more, with the option for limited remote work. A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted along with the State Application and serves as documentation of candidate’s ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. It should be typed, no more than ten (10) pages in length, using 12-point, Arial font and normal margins.

Knowledge and experience of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
