The Staffing Coordinator will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit professionals to expediently fill client job orders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Actively participate in account development obtaining business from active and potential clients
* Assist with managing recruitment team’s goals and performances.
* Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders
* Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions
* Proactively recruit,: update job postings, and network
* Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.
* Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team
* Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge ad skill.
* Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and trust and organization identity.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
* Desire to work hard in an engaging environment
* Leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
* Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to routinely meet operational objectives
* Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
* Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Familiarity with Job boards, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating
