• Architect, design, simulate and validate thermal performance of microelectronic devices and systems.
• Model thermal system for thermal response simulations.
• Perform transient and steady state thermal response simulation.
• Measure thermal performance with varying power user cases
• Define and characterize thermally enhanced materials and processing (such as thermal interface materials) for hardware components and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Masters or PhD degree preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in thermal analysis and thermal measurement
• Fundamental understandings on thermal conduction, convention and radiation
• Experience in Python, MATLAB or C++ coding
• Experience with Ansys Icepak, Flotherm or equivalent
• Working knowledge on Cadence Allegro, Redhawks SCET, CAD tools, Ansys mechanical simulation tools is a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
