Job Description:
Experience with API services and integration projects.
8+ years of BA/Product Owner experience in handling complex projects end to end across multiple tech teams /projects.
Should have requirement gathering experience on request/response API, workflow creation and Data mapping.
5+ years of mortgage(Loan Origination and Loan Servicing) experience.
Good in communication and maintaining project sanity like confluence, meeting notes, documentation, issue tracker etc.
Have worked as single contact for client for any escalations client and act on immediate high priority items.
Should have acumen of troubleshooting prod issues.
Should be hands on with UAT testing and review testers test cases and results.
Well versed with Agile ceremonials and as well as documenting user stories in JIRA
