We are currently seeking a Sr. Python RPA Developer (FTE/Onsite) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
• Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
• Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
• Develop scalable and reusable frameworks and components for automation.
• Review, test, and validate automation workflows to ensure quality and efficiency

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Selenium
• Hands-on experience in working with Open-Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
• Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with enterprise IT systems (APIs, databases).
• Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python, R, NLTK
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
