Sit-Down Forklift Operator – Refrigerated Warehouse

🕒1st amp; 2nd Shifts Available
💲$18–$21/hr (DOE)
👥7 Positions Available

An established refrigerated warehouse distribution center is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down (electric) forklift to move pallets in trailers and warehouse areas
Perform daily forklift safety inspections
Verify and complete load documentation (paper or digital)
Move pallets accurately and maintain clear records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Adapt to changing schedules, tasks, and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to pass forklift certification

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods
Regularly lift and move heavy materials (pallets, product)
Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
Good manual dexterity and ability to hear instructions and equipment alarms

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with cold temperatures , dust, and moderate to high noise
Steel-toed boots and PPE required
