Tricura Insurance Group protects senior living facilities from risk using cutting-edge technology. This role will be with Revelar Technologies , a subsidiary of Tricura, which operates as an early-stage insurance technology startup in the senior living space.
We’re building a suite of B2B products, and for this role, you’ll focus on our Claims Defense solution — helping senior living providers streamline, manage, and defend against claims more effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you’ll lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, human-centered solutions.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll set the bar for design excellence, mentor other designers, and help shape the future of our design culture and processes.
Lead end-to-end design efforts: from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI.
Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs to continuously improve user experience.
Translate complex workflows and datasets into clear, simple, and actionable interfaces.
Advocate for users while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and speed to market.
Organize design-to-dev handoff files with clear documentation and components.
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or other complex B2B platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Experience with data visualization and designing for complex, information-heavy interfaces.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to better partner with engineers.
Background in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
Motion design and micro-interaction design experience.
