Job Summary (List Format):


- Provide expert business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements, specifically SAP FI/CO modules.
- Design and configure business processes in SAP FI/CO for financial management, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.
- Automate external reporting and financial operations, manage posting periods and period-end closing, and ensure integrated data flow within SAP.
- Analyze, configure, and optimize SAP FICO modules to meet organizational and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and improve FICO business processes.
- Implement system enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Evaluate project performance results and recommend significant changes to support short-term project growth and success.
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, potentially supervising other team members.
- Provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
- Support post go-live production, including break/fix and ongoing production support.
- Maintain a focus on customer service and responsiveness, demonstrating strong customer handling skills.



Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with SME experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Federal experience, preferably with DoD or Navy ERP.
- Experience in designing and configuring SAP FI/CO business processes.



Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years focused FI/CO experience.
- Knowledge of DoD/Navy ERP systems and IT architectures.
- Experience in post go-live production support.
