Description
This SAP Basis Administrator is going focus on day to day operations and maintenance of SAP landscapes. This role will work with technical support team members to maintain and improve the SAP systems and its functionality. This role will help troubleshoot and fix problems as needed. Experience and understanding of SAP HANA, Netweaver, and cloud technologies will be strongly preferred. Job Responsibilities:
•Install/upgrade/maintain SAP landscapes for SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and other related SAP modules
•Maintain SAP systems by performing performance monitoring and tuning
•Support SAP systems by troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
•Perform activities such as System Copies, Disaster Recovery testing.
•Support 3rd party tools such as backup, scheduling, printing, EDI, credit card processing, etc. as it relates to SAP
•Work with Vendors where necessary for resolving technical issues.
