**Company Summary** **Non-Negotiable Base Pay:** $17.75/hour + Uncapped Commission **1st Year On-Target Earnings:** $68,000. No sales experience required. Paid full-time training provided! **Department Summary** Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team excels at driving customer decisions by selling the value of EchoStar's products and services using a consultative approach. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
