Blize Healthcare is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team for after-hours and weekend coverage . This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values flexibility while delivering high-quality patient care.

Shifts Available:

• Saturday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM (every other week).
• Sunday to Monday: 12:00 AM - 7:59 AM (overnight).
• Monday to Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:59 AM (overnight).

Job Description:

On-call nurse is responsible for the coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process during after-hours and on weekends. The nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. Also, the nurse will perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN/LVN.
• Current state license as an RN/LVN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for field visits).
