West-Sat & Sun or Sun & Mon 6pm-6am
North-Wed only 430pm-930pm
South/West Sun & Mon 6pm-6am

Active RN or LPN License (Arizona or Compact).
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
BLS Certification (in-person required).
Current TB test.
State-required Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Article 9 Training (provided during onboarding).
