Costanzo's Bakery is seeking a dedicated and independent Retail Merchandiser to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and presentation of our bakery displays across various local retail locations, primarily grocery stores. Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Costanzo's Bakery displays to ensure product freshness and appealing presentation.
• Rotate products regularly to adhere to freshness standards.
• Travel to multiple retail locations using a personal vehicle to manage displays.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel to ensure optimal product placement and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills.

Compensation

In addition to an hourly rate, this position offers compensation for mileage at $0.70 per mile , in line with the IRS standard rate.
