Job Description

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial and residential properties. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in common areas, offices, residential complexes, and other designated areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Empty and clean trash receptacles
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Restock cleaning supplies as necessary
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects if required
• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and accessible vehicle
