Job Description

KEY DUTIES:

- Conduct remote notarization of mortgage documents for clients in various locations.
- Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
- Accurately complete notarial certificates and logs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with clients.

KEY PROFILE:

- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence (U.S.).
- Proficient in remote notarization platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge of mortgage documents and industry terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal notary laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
