The group provides intervention to neurodiverse children from 12 months through the 18 years, with continuity of care into adulthood. Our services focus on evidence-based, naturalistic, and play-based interventions, and we emphasize parent coaching as an integral part of our support plans. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual with experience working with children as a full-time interventionist to provide naturalistic ABA therapy for clients and families from birth-adult in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, community and via telehealth).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy to children of varying ages in a variety of settings including the clinic, office, home, community, and via telehealth, focusing on instruction in the naturalistic environment
  • Keep children engaged in motivating, naturalistic, intensive therapy throughout the treatment session
  • Collect data daily during all treatment sessions
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and respond appropriately to all challenging behaviors
  • Monitor child progress and collaborate with lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make modifications to instruction, programming, or behavior plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide uniform, high-quality treatment
  • Attend monthly team meetings for all clients
  • Hours of therapy may range between 8 am-6 pm

What We Need:

  • 2+ years working with children, preferably within a neurodiverse population
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Willingness to learn new therapeutic skills, focusing on naturalistic intervention in typical settings
  • A love of learning and teaching, and a desire to improve your practice
  • Physically able to perform job responsibilities (active movement, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
  • Mode of reliable transportation

Our Preferred Experience:

  • Current RBT Certification
  • 2+ years implementing ABA therapy with significant experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Natural Environment Training (NET), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) or Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapy
  • Some Master’s coursework in Early Childhood Special Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, communication disorders, special education, behavior analysis or a related field

Salary and Position Type

Pay: $40,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year
