Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead our internal recruiting operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong teams, and is ready to grow with a company that values performance and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and client-facing positions

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators

• Build pipelines of qualified candidates across key industry verticals

• Partner with account managers to understand client needs and align hiring strategies

• Oversee ATS/database management and compliance documentation

• Drive recruitment KPIs, sourcing strategies, and performance reporting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (staffing agency experience preferred)

• Proven leadership or team management skills

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
