What You'll Do
Judging others isn't always a bad thing at least not when you're responsible for identifying the best and brightest, attracting them to a role they'll thrive in, and getting the right people in the right seats. This Recruiter role will hire specifically for our Attorneys, helping to hire and onboard the best legal talent in the country! The successful candidate will have strong relational, organizational, and time-management skills and a go-getter mentality.
What You Need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
Recruiting experience: 1-2 years (Required)
High-volume recruiting experience is a plus!
