At Homewise, we’re passionate about strengthening communities through thoughtful, high-quality development. We’re looking for a Real Estate Development Project Manager to lead the full cycle of our real estate projects—from land acquisition to final construction walk-through.

This role is your opportunity to create affordable, sustainable, and community-centered spaces—residential, commercial, and mixed-use alike.

What You'll Do:

  • Orchestrate Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to keep everything on track—on time and on budget.
  • Champion Quality & Compliance: Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure top-notch quality while complying with all codes and safety regulations.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with municipal staff, community stakeholders, and internal teams to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Drive Innovation: Improve processes and seek creative solutions to reduce cost, save time, and improve outcomes.

Requirements

What You Bring:

    • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Suite, project software)
  • Mindset: Independent, accountable, has high standards, and is flexible under pressure.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Projects delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and seamless municipal coordination
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
