Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, licensed Listing Agent to join our top-producing team. At The Murphy Group , you’ll receive consistent seller leads, full marketing and admin support, and a proven system to help you win more listings and close more deals. You’ll focus on listing appointments, client relationships, and negotiations — while our team handles the backend. Responsibilities

• Prospect daily for new seller opportunities through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up
• Convert seller leads from Zillow Flex , Google , and team sources into active listings
• Conduct listing consultations, develop pricing strategies, and deliver compelling presentations
• Negotiate listing agreements, offers, and contract terms to protect client interests
• Coordinate with admin and marketing teams for smooth listing prep and effective promotion
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage communication, tasks, and pipeline tracking
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential sellers and past clients
• Participate in team trainings, role plays, and accountability sessions
• Deliver a professional, client-first experience from initial meeting through closing

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (NJ)
• 1+ years of real estate experience (listing experience preferred)
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Confident working directly with sellers and handling pricing strategy
• Coachable, accountable, and results-driven
• Familiar with CRM tools (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
• Committed to delivering a high-level, client-first experience
