The Goddess and Grocer catering kitchen is looking for experienced pastry production and packaging staff for day and night shifts. Located at 1036 N. Kilbourn, our commissary kitchen is a high volume, fast paced and fun environment with an amazing and dedicated staff. We are looking for candidates who are responsible, kind, have a strong work ethic and integrity. If this is you, let's talk!
Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Review daily catering orders, store food and other wholesale orders and fulfill items for production and packaging.
- Ensure that production and packaging is completed according to The Goddess quality standards and in a timely fashion
- Answer and report to the Chef on duty.
- Keep stations and all storage areas clean following sanitation requirements.
- Stock deliveries and inventory appropriately according to standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Produce and packaging in accordance with The Goddess quality standards.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
