As a Precision Machining Support Technician, you’ll keep our advanced machine shop humming—prepping materials, assisting with setups, and ensuring equipment runs clean and safe. A day in this role

• Arrive to review the day’s schedule, gather materials, tools, and prints, and prep work cells for production.
• Assist machinists/operators with machine setup and operation across a variety of shop equipment.
• Perform routine upkeep—cleaning, basic maintenance, and checks—to keep machines at peak performance.
• Stage and organize tools and materials to support smooth production flow.
• Watch gauges, counts, and quality indicators; flag any irregularities to your supervisor immediately.
• Follow safety procedures rigorously while maintaining an orderly, clutter-free work area.
• Join on-the-job and formal training sessions to build your machining knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and meet deadlines.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge of machine operations and shop safety.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with practical problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and remain standing for extended periods.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
