Join a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization offering a full-time Primary Care Physician opportunity in Clifton Springs, NY . This is an outpatient-only role with light phone call coverage , allowing you to focus on delivering quality care while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

We are actively seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who is passionate about community-based care and values working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse patient population

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic and acute conditions

• Emphasize preventive care and patient education

• Utilize EMR and evidence-based guidelines for efficient documentation and treatment

• Participate in shared phone-only call coverage with other practices within the system

• Work Monday–Friday with no inpatient or weekend requirements

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible NY State Medical License

• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care

• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary : $225,000–$300,000 based on experience

• Sign-on bonus

• Student loan repayment assistance
