Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) – Full-Time and/or Part-Time

Location: Katy, TX

Salary: $80,000 to start annually ($39–$44/hour)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

About DISH:
At the Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing (DISH), we are a family-centered pediatric clinic providing speech therapy, audiology, and occupational therapy, to our local community! Not to mention, we also have the Davies Development Center; an early intervention school for children who are deaf and hard-of-hearing or speech delayed. Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 5 years of pediatric experience , who brings a deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical complexity, values a team-based model, and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, contributing to both 1:1 therapy sessions and interdisciplinary programs alongside our speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and early intervention educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct pediatric OT services in clinic and school settings.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Address sensory integration, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor development, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate closely with other therapists and educators on shared goals.
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L).
  • Minimum 5 years pediatric experience (clinic or school-based).
  • Deep knowledge of sensory integration theory , praxis, and self-regulation strategies.
  • Passion for working with children with developmental delays, ASD, SPD, and related challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
