Caseloads Designed for Quality Care: Reasonable patient loads and one-on-one sessions
Provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients from birth to age 21
Develop and implement customized care plans tailored to each child’s needs
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to extend therapeutic techniques into home routines
Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to a patient-first environment
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current or pending Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
Strong communication skills and a passion for pediatric therapy
No security clearance required
U.S. work authorization required (Visa sponsorship not available)
