As a Patient Care Tech, you will work under the direction of the LPN or RN as a health team member and are responsible for performing patient care and unit functions. You are also responsible for communicating completed tasks and changes in patient status to the nursing staff.

Requirements:
1.  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2.  Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification is preferred, but not required.
3.  On-the-job training is an option. Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire. If you do not have a BLS certification, TRMC will assist with obtaining this within 30 days of hire.
4.  Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment.
5.  Professional, positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills are also required.
