Nestled within the scenic Phoenix Marriott Resort Tempe at The Buttes, Narande Spa offers a tranquil retreat where guests can unwind and rejuvenate. Our spa features a full range of massage, facial, body, and nail services, complemented by amenities such as a dry sauna, shower facilities, and access to the resort’s outdoor jacuzzi spa. • The Narande Spa is located at The Buttes Marriott Resort in Tempe
• 2000 Westcourt Way, Tempe, AZ 85282
• Between Broadway & Southern, off of 48th Street.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Esthetician provides high-quality facial and skincare services in line with Narande Spa standards and treatment protocols. This is a part-time/on-call position requiring day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on business levels and guest demand.

• Provide a full range of facial services based on the Narande Spa menu, including but not limited to:
  • Skin Serenity Facial (60/90 min)
  • Restorative Vitamin C Facial (60/90 min)
  • Anti-Aging Healing Facial (60/90 min)
  • Gentleman’s Facial (60/90 min)
  • Golden Glow Dermaplane Facial (90 min)
• Perform advanced esthetics add-ons:
  • Dermaplane (30 min)
  • Cooling Globes (10 min)
• Customize each treatment based on guests’ skin type, concerns, goals, and product recommendations.
• Maintain exceptional guest service, professionalism, and hospitality throughout each visit.
• Follow all Arizona State Board sanitation regulations and Narande Spa cleanliness protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain fully stocked supplies before and after each service.
• Accurately document services, intake notes, and product usage.
• Educate guests on at-home skincare routines and promote retail products to support treatment benefits.
• Assist in maintaining spa appearance, guest flow, and operational readiness.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Assist Spa Manager/Director with special events or seasonal promotions.
• Participate in training sessions and spa meetings as required.
• Provide spa tours for potential guests when requested.
• Support fellow spa team members when available.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Education: Current Arizona Esthetics License required.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a professional spa or resort environment preferred.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of skincare, treatment customization, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to recommend retail products and upgrades confidently and professionally.
