Fast paced consumer protection Chicago Loop law firm is looking to fill a paralegal / administrative assistant position. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask. Position includes assisting with drafting routine legal documents, filing documents in court, legal correspondence and documents prepared in collaboration with attorneys, communicating with clients and potential clients regarding their cases, communicating with clients regarding payments and overdue payments, opening case files, sending advertising correspondence, case support, assisting with docketing, maintaining and managing electronic documents and filings, and various other aspects of litigation support. We will train qualified candidates. Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years litigation law firm experience required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
