Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is $40.15 - $57.40 per hour based on years of experience
• Retention Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday: Hours Depend on Shift (Open 7am – 6pm)
• EMR: Cerner and WebPT
• Works closely with patients to improve independence and safety in daily activities, using evidence-based interventions.
• This role covers home-based outpatient, inpatient, transitional care, and long-term care settings.
• Travel to homes, John Day hospital, and Prairie City care center required.

Requirements

• Current And Active License in the State of Oregon or the Ability to Obtain
• Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Masters Degree Required
• BLS Certification Required
