We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aNetwork Security Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Maxwell Gunter, AFB surrounding area. **US Citizenship is required.** **Candidate must possess an active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.** Job Responsibilities: + Install, monitor, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, harden, maintain, and operate intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, load balancers, and web proxies to protect AFNet resources from both internal and external threats according to DoD security standards. + Perform complex analytics on boundary protection systems to protect system assets from compromise, data loss, and other requirements. + Perform DCO and DODIN operations. Basic Hiring Criteria: + 7+ years of experience with Enterprise DOD boundary protection and CSSP operations. + Must have Current: IAT-II Certification. + Current or able to obtain in 90 days: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
