We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Monroe, MI who enjoys new challenges, is driven, and leads by example. Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders are being completed timely, working with vendors, supply ordering, apartment turns, service requests, and overall maintenance of the apartment community.
