**Maintenance Supervisor** **Pay** **_:_** _$80,000-90,000k_ **Location:** City of Industry, CA **Shift:** Monday- Friday | 1st shift 6am- 2:30pm **Please email me your resume at** **dargutierrez@aerotek. com** **or call/text me at** **562 566 4704** **Responsibilities:** + Lead a team of 12-18 technicians across three shifts, seven days per week, supporting plant operations and facilities. + Schedule, supervise, and ensure timely execution of projects and repairs. + Transfer knowledge of basic maintenance practices to the crew and develop procedures to support training. + Execute a preventative maintenance schedule. + Assist in the planning and execution of multiple plant projects, both large and small. + Manage vendors, contractors, equipment, and spare parts for the plant. **Qualities Needed:** Welding and fabricating Refractory and furnace lining Electrical and electronic controls; troubleshooting and/or programming Combustion processes, burners, valve trains, temperature controllers Mobile equipment including forklifts, wheel loaders Material handling, conveyors Ventilation systems with 50-250 HP motor Bag houses (dust collectors) Strong history of leadership, planning and people development Focus on Safety and employee involvement Training and developing employees Computer literate and proficient with MS Office, etc. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $45.00/hr.
