Independent Recruiter – Legal Industry
Compensation: Commission-based ($8K–$10K/month minimum potential)
If you speak fluent “Big Law” or know the difference between a junior associate and a partner track candidate, we want you on our team. We’re looking for legal recruiters who are well-versed in the world of law firms, in-house counsel, and corporate legal departments.
As an independent contractor, you’ll manage your own book of business with the support of our backend operations. This is a high-earning opportunity for motivated professionals who can build trust and deliver top legal talent.
Ideal Background:
Proven experience recruiting for legal positions (attorneys, paralegals, legal support)
Strong understanding of legal markets, firm structures, and placement nuances
Discreet, sharp, and network-savvy
What You’ll Do:
Source and engage with high-quality legal professionals
Coordinate submissions, interviews, and offers
Build relationships with law firm and corporate clients
