What You Will Be Doing - Lead and develop a high-performing team of Guides who facilitate transformative learning experiences
- Create comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for world-class learning facilitation
- Deliver data-driven, actionable feedback that elevates Guide performance and student achievement
- Mentor select student cohorts, demonstrating elite coaching techniques and motivation strategies
What You Won’t Be Doing - Creating traditional lesson plans – our adaptive technology handles the content, you focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence – we maintain rigorous standards and expect 100% mastery
- Conducting conventional training sessions – you'll deliver dynamic, hands-on coaching that inspires and transforms
Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities Drive educational excellence by developing and leading a world-class team of Guides who consistently deliver transformative learning experiences through Alpha's innovative system.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related field
- Track record of developing and implementing innovative educational programs
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Substantial experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational settings
- Strong data analysis skills with metrics-driven decision making
- Must work on-site in Austin, TX, Plano, TX, or Spotswood, NJ
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
