You are a landscape architect with 5+ years of experience designing outdoor living spaces and landscape plans for homeowners in the Carolinas. What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling landscape and hardscape site plans, lighting plans, drainage plans, and planting layouts for residential properties.

• Verify or complete site surveys for property measurements and elevations.

• Prepare and calculate material takeoffs for estimating purposes.

• Collaborate with sales and project teams to engage with customers, develop ideas, and answer questions.

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

• 5+ years of experience in residential landscape architecture and design.

• Design experience with landscape, hardscape, pools, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features, and carpentry.

• Knowledge of hardscaping, horticulture, grading, and drainage for the Charlotte, NC market.

• Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making .

• Humility and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Inspired by our mission and core values .

• Strong creative critical thinking and analysis.

• Proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, CAD , or similar software.

• Valid driver’s license .

Helpful Experience to Have:

• Professional registration as a Landscape Architect/Designer (preferred).

• Experience with Buildertrend construction management software .

• Familiarity with HubSpot customer management tools .
